Amber supports both our large and small group employee benefits clientele as well as our individual health insurance clientele. In this position, Amber assumes the role as a facilitator and communicator between our group clients, their employees and the insurance companies with regards to challenging claims processing decisions. Her exceptional ability to provide necessary and accurate information as well as client follow up provides our clients with the highest level of personalized customer service possible. Amber also develops and pursues marketing opportunities within the group employee benefit marketplace. Amber currently holds her State of Oregon Life and Health Insurance license.
